Resident Tips

What can you do to help maintain property value in our community?

Have you read our Covenant and Bylaws?  It is a long document.  Here are a few key areas that are important to help keep our community well maintained and ensure the highest possible property values.

  • Maintain exterior of your home (paint, pressure washing of driveways, etc.)
  • Maintain lawn and keep weeds out of flower beds. Maintain flower beds with mulch or pine straw.
  • No flower pots in the flower beds.
  • Store garbage cans so as not to be visible from the street.
  • Complete an Architectural Review Board (ARB) request if you are making any changes to the exterior of your home (e.g. new roof, deck, painting, etc.).  If you are not sure, please complete the form.
  • Park on your driveway.  Habitual street parking and parking of commercial vehicles are prohibited.

Visit Southern Living for tips on maintaining your lawn and garden throughout the year.

Our property manager will do a drive through of the community periodically to help ensure upkeep of the community.   If you are leaving town for an extended period, please make sure you make arrangement to take care of your lawn, especially during growing season; March - October.
