How and when do I need to pay association dues?
Annual dues can be paid on-line via the Heritage Portal as a one-time payment or quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. Dues can also be prepaid at any time in any amount. Payments not received by the 15th of month due will incur a late fee.

Who can use the amenities?
Our pool, tennis courts, and playground are reserved for resident and guests only. Guests must be accompanied by a resident.
Are the community detention ponds maintained?
There are five retention/detention ponds located throughout our community. These ponds are maintained annually.
Where can I find community financials?
The annual budget and monthly financials can be found in the Documents/Homeowners section of the Heritage Portal.
How do I request a new access card to the pool and tennis courts?
If you have an issue with your amenities access card, please contact Heritage Property. There is a $25 fee for a replacing a lost card.
What if I want to make a change to the exterior of my home?
Download the Architectural Request from the Documents and Forms section, fill out the information, and enter your request using the "ARC Request" menu option in the Heritage Portal.
Where do I get replacement mailbox?
- Mailbox - homeowner can purchase a standard "large" mailbox from a home improvement store like Home Depot or Lowes.
- Mailbox post - contact address of distinction (https://addressesofdistinction.com/) for replacement or repair. The mailbox and post style is standard Oak system https://addressesofdistinction.com/products/mailbox-and-post-systems/.
- Address Plate can be removed and replaced on a new mailbox.
