Dead trees between the sidewalk and street will be removed. Download the free Peachtree Corners FixIt Mobile application from the Apple or Android app store and follow these steps to enter your request to have a tree removed. The City of Peachtree Corners removes the tree at no cost to the homeowner.
Once the tree is removed, the homeowner will be responsible for laying sod or planting a new tree.
Residents can contact Arbor-Nomics Tree Service for recommendations on appropriate replacement trees.
Buffer zone trees are, for the most part, located behind homes but not on resident’s property. Trees in these areas that pose a risk to personal property or safety, or where material growth has significantly encroached into residents property will be addressed by the HOA.
Use the "Submit a Request" menu option in the Heritage Portal if you have a need related to the buffer zone.
Residents must get approval from the City of Peachtree Corners to remove trees from their property. The City of Peachtree Corners Tree Removal web site has information and forms for tree removal.
Habitual and overnight street parking is prohibited by our Covenants and Bylaws. Reasonable and temporary street parking for guests, social events, and other temporary situations is not an issue.
Residents can use the amenity parking for additional parking needs (social events, guests, etc.) for up to 3 days. Contact cwilliams@heritageproperty.com for any parking needs beyond 3 days. Permanent parking is not allowed.
